CASA by Cleantric is an offshoot project that specializes in on-demand housekeeping services. Our wide suite of service options include One-Time General Cleaning, General Cleaning Packages and Moving Services.

You can make a booking via our booking website. Booking your first appointment is as simple as three easy steps:

  1. Enter your postal code address
  2. Make an appointment
  3. Pay securely online

Our cleaners will provide the material and solutions.

  9. Glass Cleaner & Sanitizer Solution
  10. Multipurpose Solution
  11. Toilet Bowl Solution
  12. Degreaser Solution

A) Please provide a toilet bowl brush if you require the internal toilet bowl cleaned.

B) Please provide a step ladder if you require cleaning above a height of 1.6m.

C) Please provide an iron and ironing board if you would like our cleaners to assist with ironing.

All of our cleaners are foreigners from Myanmar
All of our cleaners are holding relevant work passes issued by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). You may request to do a visual check on their work permit for authentication purposes
All of our cleaners are insured by Workmen Injury Compensation.
Our cleaners will be able to understand and converse in conversational English.
We do not offer deep cleaning services. Instead, we provide general cleaning, charged by the hour only.
Deep cleaning is a more detailed service that goes beyond standard cleaning tasks. It includes cleaning areas that are often neglected, such as baseboards, interior windows, and behind appliances. General cleaning, on the other hand, focuses on maintaining the overall cleanliness of your home.
The length of a cleaning session varies based on the size of your home and the scope of cleaning needed. On average, a standard cleaning for a typical home takes between 3 to 4 hours.
  • 3 room unit or less recommended 3hrs per session.
  • 4/5 room unit recommended 4hrs per session

We offer morning timeslots at 9am and 10am, afternoon timeslots at 2pm and 3pm, and evening timeslots at 7pm and 8pm.

Morning and afternoon timeslots require a minimum 3 hour session, while evening timeslots are available for 2 hour sessions only.

All of our cleaning solutions are non-toxic, biodegradable, and safe for both children and pets.
If you notice any damage during or after your home cleaning service, please reach out to us via WhatsApp or email. Our Sales Representatives will assist you.
Yes, you can book a one-time cleaning service.
You can conveniently reschedule your booking through your online account on our booking website. If you require any assistance, our Sales Representatives are always ready to help.
A minimum lead time of 2 days is required to reschedule your next cleaning session. No rescheduling/cancellation allowed if less than 2 days from the date of booking. You may contact our Sales Representatives for any assistance.
Some cleaners may be fully booked, but you can check their availability on our online booking website at booking.casabycleantric.com. To have the same cleaner assigned, simply book according to their available schedule.
For any assistance, you can contact our Sales Representatives. Please note that any changes are subject to the availability of our cleaners.
If you cancel your one time cleaning booking more than 2 days before the service, there will be no charge. However, if you cancel less than 2 days before the scheduled date, one session will be forfeited.

We recommend that you meet your cleaning professional during your cleaning session to show her around your home and discuss your specific cleaning tasks.

Please ensure that your valuable items are kept secure. We will not be responsible for any missing items.

Full payment upfront to book one time session or to purchase our general cleaning package sessions.

All our service prices are inclusive of GST

You may make payment via Debit/Credit Card, Paynow or via Atome payment. Our payment gateway is operated and secured by Stripe. No additional charges will be incurred on your end.
Please contact our Sales Representative for assistance with applying for your voucher.
The price we quote is the amount you pay (service rates + GST inclusive). We do not charge any additional fees, such as administration, processing, or transportation costs
As part of our service recovery protocol, we may provide partial refunds in monetary compensation or cleaning e-vouchers only.
